Hello and welcome!!

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog site. As you've probably already read in my 'about me', I've recently decided to try my hand at erotic writing. This is something I have been thinking of doing for a while now, but haven't had the confidence to undertake until recently. I've always been a great lover of books and enjoy reading a variety of genres including erotica/romance, but it wasn't until I succumbed to the fifty shades of grey trilogy that I realised there were, dare I say it, some even better erotica books out there! After joining twitter during the summer of 2012, I started following a lot of fantastic indie writers, some of which I have become great friends with, who actively inspired and encouraged me to have a go at writing something myself. So I thought "what the hell?!" As a Scorpio, I like to think I am an intense and passionate person; I have always enjoyed a very full, active and experimental sex life and could probably tell you an interesting tale or two!  I am also unashamed to say that I love to watch a little porn from time to time and I certainly have no qualms expressing myself, so I remain quietly confident that if I put my mind to it I could create something realistic and sensual that people will not only enjoy, but also relate to. If I'm going to be totally honest with myself, English was not one of my strong points at school, but neither were other academic subjects; I favoured more creative subjects, such as art and P.E, where I could really apply myself. So this is a real challenge for me! Needless to say, I love rising to a challenge and I get an immense sense of achievement pushing the boundaries, thinking outside of the box or whatever you would like to call it! I get a kick out of doing things that people think I'm possibly not capable of; that's the defiant streak in me! So even if this does turn out to be a pile of rubbish, at least I can say I tried! As a working mother, my time is limited, but who's time isn't these days? I'm quite proud of the fact that I have managed to create two short stories, both of which I'm hoping to post snippets of shortly. I would love to progress to something a lot longer one day, but it is very early days yet and I think it's always good to have something to work towards. I have a lot of ideas that I would love to translate into words and share with you; some rather naughty, some based on personal experiences and others purely from my own rather vivid imagination! So please, watch this space!  xxx
